Line Producer is a type of film producer who is a key manager responsible for daily operations, logistics, budget management in a film.
He/She manages the budget of the film & they also do hiring crew, allocating money & makes sure film is shot within the budget & on time.
Line Producer responsibilities will be
- Pre-Production stage – Hiring crew, Locations, Schedule, Budget
- Production stage – Oversees day to day operations, logistics & budget spending
- Post Production stage – Tracks deadlines and manages budget
